Remco Graas loved to move light through the mountains. From his desk at BD in Innsbruck, he looked at the Nordkette and thought: Wouldn’t it be exciting to cross its whole Ridgeline in one day?

It was a pleasure to meet Remco during the realization of this project. His vibrant energy was infectious and he radiated a love of life that inspired others to do the same. I was also infected by his enthusiasm and am grateful for the time I was able to spend with him. Remco will remain a special memory in the hearts of many.
